Today both Tony and Lance came to finish the warranty work on my stove and frig. Both had the expertise and professionalism to complete the work and allowed the homeowners to feel grateful that they enrolled in the extended maintenance program

After a long wait (5 mos.) and a few previous repairmen coming by without fixing the problem, we are now very hopeful that it is finally repaired! This seasoned Technician was totally Knowledgeable in his work, he was very competent as well as Prompt and friendly! through no fault of his, this repair continued on to total 7 mos in 2025 May-Dec) - almost a year to finally get resolved and incurred 2 charges before being finished! Poor communication, slow delivery of parts all within the Sears system makes it very frustrating and complicated for customers to get a repair done quickly and efficiently. Can see now why Sears has closed many locations -they make things difficult to deal with - their repairmen are good however.

Junny did an awesome job in servicing our refrigerator. Replacing our burnt out LED lights. It works great, thank you Junny. Also, when he finished our repair and checked our plan, he gave us advice, about our current plan verses the new plan and what our potential savings could be. He answered our question and concerns and what the plan could cover and not cover. Great advice and something my family will consider when the time comes to renew our protection agreement plan.
