Junny did an awesome job in servicing our refrigerator. Replacing our burnt out LED lights. It works great, thank you Junny. Also, when he finished our repair and checked our plan, he gave us advice, about our current plan verses the new plan and what our potential savings could be. He answered our question and concerns and what the plan could cover and not cover. Great advice and something my family will consider when the time comes to renew our protection agreement plan.

Edwin went above and beyond with customer service. There was an issue with the part he needed to complete the job and he called around, found it, went to get it, came back and repaired the appliance all within a reasonable timeframe.
