We are grateful to our technician who followed the part order, knew it had arrived and rescheduled our appointment in order to repair our washer in advance of a trip we were making! Because of the unknown part arrival date & our departure date, we were forced to set the repair appointment up for AFTER the trip! It is hard to prepare for a trip with a broken washer…trips to a laundromat are NOT fun! Much easier now that the washer is working again! Thank you Jonathan 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The Technician that came to my house. Was very knowledgeable on his work, his performance was very skillful, skilled on what he is doing. He gives me a persona that I appreciate, because it did not took a long time on how he does or knew the issue of my refrigerator.
