john took care of our freezer leak after 3 previous maintenance repairs, he guaranteed that freezer will not leak water and so far it hasn't from august 4.

My washer door would not open and I had a load of wet clothes in there - called for service, and initially was told that someone couldn't come out for another 10 days! Yikes! Fortunately, that call terminated when I was put on hold, and when I called back, was connected to another technician, who understood that I could Not wait that long because my daughter's baby blanket was in there and she HAD to have it when she slept! Arranged for someone to come out the next day (Mon) bet 1300-1700. Technician showed up at 1400, and did a fantastic job of opening the door, removing my clothes and replacing some motor that had gone bad. Wonderful! Clothes was still smelly and had to be re-washed 2 times, but at least I got them out! Daughter is Happy! - BTW, she's in her 40s....hahahaha!

My repairman (Bowman) fixed my water heater in record time so now I've got hot water, but the weather's been so hot that I still choose to take cold water showers...

The repair service was great! I remember Charles from the last time he came to do a repair for the refrigerator/freezer. He always does excellent work! Thank you Charles:) The unit works like new again, maybe even better:) The last time, there was an issue with the new freezer i had purchased but when Logan came for the repair service, he also did an excellent job and solved the problem! Thank you too Logan! To me, so far, Sears always has had a first class service repair team!!
