Dallas, the repairman who serviced our Kenmore Washer and Dryer was excellent. He explained in detail the care of the washer and dryer. For example, th importance of keeping the door window clean both inside and outside. Leaving the door ajar after a wash, so that mold would not develop. The importance of letting out water build up in the washer.

The technician (forgot his name) came for a simple repair to replace the washer drain hose but during the test run after the installation he noticed a unusual sound. After checking it out it was the agitator so he replaced it right away. I'm happy for their services that's why I keep using the plan.

I gave the repair five stars out of hope. This last repair on my leaking refrigerator was the THIRD. This repairman pointed out that the last man tried to FIX the leak, this man replaced the leaking line. My fingers are crossed that no more water will appear on my floor. The other two guys were very nice, but the problem didn't get fixed. All the phone contacts were pleasant and helpful in getting repairmen out here at a busy time of the year. I am very thankful that I bought the insurance policy!

So glad I called Sears for a second opinion. A budget appliance repair service told me my front loading Kenmore washer would take $800 to repair!! Sears found the REAL problem and fixed everything for under 175.00 total.
