Over the past 3 years we've required servicing of our Sears appliances and each time the Sears' customer service people and technicians have been absolutely superb. From now on we plan to purchase all of our appliances from Sears.

The follow through with the appointment was excellent. Repair man was able to answer all questions concerning my tread mill. I would highly recommend.

Customer Service: A+ Though the washing machine did spin when Helena service tech was present. But after she had left our home it did not operate normally meaning it did not spin after a wash cycle.

Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Glad I called and would definitely recommend Sears service.
