The technician called and let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and prepared to diagnose the problem with my washer. It would not spin in the wash cycle. The technician spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problem even though he knew right away what the issue was. As a result, he discovered a fire hazard and possibly saved our lives, not to mention saved our home from future damage!

I scheduled same day service. I was expecting to have to wait a few days but man, this was a pleasant surprise. The tech was on time. Politely asked where he could park. I recommend anyone having trouble with appliances to schedule a repair with Sears.

American Home Shield assigned A&E Factory Services when I submitted a work request with AHS, to repair my convection/microwave in wall oven. A&E sent automated responses quickly to schedule and confirm the appointment. The technician called the day of, most importantly actually showed up for the appointment and within the time window scheduled. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful and I was happy with his service.
