Sears technician Cornelius was very courteous and very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my washer issues. He was prompt for our scheduled appointment and did a great job repairing and resolving our issues with our washer.

He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away.

Tyler was excellent. But Sears service was horrible and I will never use them again! I was double charged for a repair request not fully assessed. My washer wasn’t balanced in addition to the broken struts. The struts was the only problem diagnosed. Sears should have waived the additional charge. I feel as though I was ripped off.
