The technician, Jonathan B, was better than on time, he was a little early. After he replaced the suspension rods, he checked that the washing machine was running smoothly. He said we could use the machine and soon after he left, we did. It ran all the way through…yay! He was informative and personable. Thank you, Jonathan B.

Cornelius and Edwin were both pleasant and professional. I didn't care for the virtual assistants because I never got morning updates of my repair schedule/status until I called in. Today (3-25-2025) I was scheduled for a 1-5 pm appointment and about 12 pm I got a call reminding me of my appointment was tomorrow. I called and got hold of a virtual assistant and was told my appointment is today (Tuesday the 25) which is what was scheduled.

Junny is polite professional and on time however I think he scratched our refrigerator with one of his tools. The scratch was not there before he came to repair our refrigerator.
