Junny, our repair technician did an amazing job. He is very kind and courteous. After repairing our new Electrolux induction cooktop, he went the extra mile to show us how it worked, and shared the features that we were unaware about. It's hard to find great people like Junny. If anything else breaks, we will definitely ask for Junny again! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

The technicians, once they are here, are generally very good. Unfortunately, I have been having the same issues with my refrigerator since November 2024 and the scheduling is horrible. Sears will schedule me an appointment, and it is typically cancelled twice before I actually see someone a month to month and a half down the road. I have now, since November, been cancelled and postponed over 9-10 times. I have had the back of the inside changed, the compressor, the condensor and now the evaporator. I have been a long time Sears Warranty customer but the overall service is extremely poor. I was given an advocate to reach but they are no longer taking my calls. Several appointments and almost a year later, I am hoping my refrigerator works. The technicians, once they actually show up, are wonderful. The scheduling and overall service of Sears is much to be disired.
