Cornelius was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth friendly. Upon performing his diagnosis and replacing the EC BOARD, (which was pre-mailed to me via an earlier diagnosis by Andrew) Cornelius determined that there was an additional part that was required (ACTUATOR) and thank goodness for his knowledge of his profession, he knew better to have on hand and in stock in his van, so the repair was completed right then and there without any additional wait time. Excellent experience and in addition, Cornelius is an extremely valuable asset to your company. Kudos to him.
