Junny is one of the best Sears techs we have ever had to perform maintenance on our appliances. He was friendly, personable, very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Our stove repair was a tough job with a tight area to operate in. However, he remained cheerful, worked hard and finished our stove repair quickly. He tested his repair to ensure we were satisfied. Very pleased with the early arrival of the technician. He listened to my concerns about the problems we were having with our Maytag washer. He pinpointed the problem and advised my daughter and I that he had the required parts to repair the problem. We responded PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! Which he did. Thank you Cornelius!!! The technician was great. He knew what he was doing and took care of the problem quickly. He said that the problem looked like it should've been taken care of as a standard maintenance visit. Which I had scheduled a month ago but that technician didn't seem to know what he was doing.
