Junny is one of the best Sears techs we have ever had to perform maintenance on our appliances. He was friendly, personable, very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the early arrival of the technician. He listened to my concerns about the problems we were having with our Maytag washer. He pinpointed the problem and advised my daughter and I that he had the required parts to repair the problem. We responded PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! Which he did. Thank you Cornelius!!!
