We had 2 repair people, one for the washer and 1 for refrigerator and freezer. Both were very friendly and helpful We were satisfied with the service.

The arrived as scheduled, well within the specified time period. We had pulled the refrigerator out to allow the tech the ability to get work. He took less than 10 minutes to asses the repair, provided a fair quote and I approved it. Total time took less than an hour to complete. I probably would've taken at least 4 hours to complete the same task and it was well worth to me to have a trained person working on it.

The technician called before he arrived at my residence to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was friendly and was very experienced and knowledgeable at servicing my refrigerator. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his expertise. Thanks for a great job!
