Billy B had driven all the way from Kaneohe to Aiea to assist with our Whirlpool washer. He's very easy to talk to, and provided me and the hubby good educational information on the differences with laundry detergents. Billy B, is very kind, patient and understanding.

We have two Kenmore refrigerators and both issues involved the freezer compartment. I called one day, and got an appointment for the day after. The person who handled the call was very polite and helpful. The repairman (John) arrived right on time, was courteous and listened to my concerns. Within minutes, he fixed both freezers efficiently. (No problems since.) He even took the time to update our warranty coverage, which he handled on the spot. (We have several Kenmore items purchased in the last 4-5 years). We are very pleased with the customer service provided. Keep up the good work!!

My fridge was having some leaking issues the past couple of weeks and I needed to get it repaired. I tried to contact no less than four separate repair shops here locally and never once received a call back. My co-worker told me about Sears Appliance Repair. I contacted Sears this past Thursday and spoke with an incredibly friendly representative who was able to schedule an appointment first thing Saturday morning. My repairman Isaac was extremely courteous, professional and quick. Pretty sure he was only here for 30 minutes or so. Was even surprised my bill wasn't as high as I anticipated it to be. All in all, I am very pleased with the service I received today from Sears. They will now be my go-to place for home appliance repair. Mahalo!!

The Technician was knowledgeable, went about his business on repairing our kitchen range;, and was through in about 15 minutes. The was a previous "glitch" in that the Parts ordered did not arrive in time as expected. However, I picked it up at UPS on a "right away" Customer, called Sears Repair and our appointment was reinstated immediately. The repairman was here at 2 pm, gone at 2:20 pm. Kenneth Kanehiro,
