Always pleased with my Sears Appliance Repair Service. The Maintenance Agreement program is well worth the good service.

Service Representative Lance provided excellent service! He patiently answered all our questions and was very informative. He explained that our Sony TV was fine and theorized that the digital breakup problems we experienced on certain channels were possibly due to our cable box. He even re-booted the cable box for us to see if that would work. Since then, we have not noticed digital breakup problems so far. Notably, he came on a day when severe weather (hurricane) and traffic problems were expected, yet he did not rush and made sure we were satisfied before he left.

Technician was knowledgeable and helped train my husband and the tenant in how to clean the filter. Thank you, Sears, for being there and doing a good job.

The service man called before he came and he explained the charges well and once we gave the approval, he changed the part in like 2 minutes, the was done.

Service person, Leland, called to alert me of his approximate arrival time and arrived very promptly. It was a pleasure to have him once again to do the checking and maintenance of my treadmill. He is efficient as always, and knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the job without any delay.
