The repair man was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe his name was Cornelius, I wish I could request him on all my repairs. He went out of his way to make sure the repairs went well and that is greatly appreciated.

I was very pleased with your service representative(Vince). ..he not only lined me up with my renewal of the 10 appliance program which he made sure that the protection agreement did what it is supposed to do, by confirming with the contact person that each of the confirmation issues was true. He also aided me in updating my application files on the internet which he went out of his way to do. Finally, he also told me that if any issues propped up that all I had to do was call Sears and that these issues would be resolved in a timely manner. In short, this service person deserves recognition for his outstanding service to Sears.

We had been previously told nothing could be done about the excess condensation resulting in moldy gaskets and water buildup between the freezer and refrigerator doors. Lani diagnosed the problem and remedied the issue and since then, the refrigerator has no excess condensation. Thank you, Lani!
