Very friendly and knowledgeable service repair technician. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and get the dishwasher to run like new. He patiently explained what the problem was and quickly made the repairs. The dishwasher is operating again with no issues. We also liked the appointment time tracking system used by Sears. The appointment reminders and continuous updates on the technician's arrival time was right on. My wife and I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair.

Lance, our television expert is a most cordial, sensitive technician who is well-aware of social protocol. He was cognizant of how to seek the problem initiated by the television having a mixture of what appeared to be like psychedelic colors which, of course, makes television viewing a challenge. Taking his time to interest, listen, and following with expediently looking at the back of the television set to seek any noticeable problems. He diligently checked the back and said to himself and us that he sought the concern., Furthermore, he was able to adjust the television screen to high definition and cue in to the best screen voice and appearance. We were very surprised when the repair person knew exactly what to do to repair our refridge. He also knew why our freezer was frosting up and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a part to solve our problem. We are extremely happy with our repairman that came to our house. Kudos to him.
