Excellent abd professional service by the technician who did the repair to our refrigerator. Only negative is that it took a week to schedule an appointment.

James came by at the specified time I requested and he did everything to perfection. He explained the how, when and why's of everything he did and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. I highly recommend to everyone the Sears Maintenance agreement when purchasing any appliance from Sears.
