Excellent abd professional service by the technician who did the repair to our refrigerator. Only negative is that it took a week to schedule an appointment.

James came by at the specified time I requested and he did everything to perfection. He explained the how, when and why's of everything he did and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. I highly recommend to everyone the Sears Maintenance agreement when purchasing any appliance from Sears.

The repairman was fast and courteous, he also made sure that I understood the answers that he gave to all of my questions, he was very respectful of my home and my time which I really appreciate.

Hybrid water heater was not working. Apparently it's a tricky heater to fix. Called Sears for service. Ren came on time on service day. She was very knowledgeable with fixing this hybrid water heater. Luckily it was just a reset button!!! Who new? It was behind a panel. It also had a filter?! She showed me how to take it out, wash, and put back. Thanks Ren
