I had warranty repair done on my GE wall oven. Service was prompt, a part was ordered and the return visit to install it was professional and completed the job without incident. Works perfectly now. Would call this service again.

All ok mahalo. Work and technician are just fine service apt and wait time is just to long. 7 -12 days we need more technicians. Service call completed with exceptional thoroughness,effort,patience and dedication. Your technician really cared and was determined to complete the repair and solve the problem with our refrigerator on this last visit of three.

I scheduled a tune-up of my 12 yr. washer and dryer from a Sears technician. Johnathan came to my home on-time gave good advice and spoke slowly and clearly, which gave me the options I could use to have the best possible outcome. Replacing my washer was one, cleaning some left over soap and mildew to clean the water way and to pay a diagnostic charge was what I had done. As for the dryer, already knowing a 12 yr . dryer, Johnathan went ahead and replaced the dryer belt part as upon repair, found the old belt was very hard and or hardening, which needed a replacement. I want to thank Sears and Johnathan for their expert advice and knowledge. The techs at Sears always have a good one to tell you or sell you. If I do buy the same washer model number, I will keep the parts of my old Kennmore, such as the control panel and other stuff which can be used for parts later as a real technician.

Alex was here for annual washer/dryer unit warranty maintenance. Did more this visit than other reps did prior 2 years combined. Learned different repairmen have different specialties when doing warranty check work. Alex was terrific, informative and friendly. Request him for future inspections.
