Great experience! Service technician Mo Payes, new on the job, was very impressive. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly . Completed his task with efficiency and cleanliness. He also reminded me to schedule an annual maintenance check-up that comes with my maintenance plan. The services performed (door gasket replacement) would have cost me $450.00, there was no charge. The maintenance plan paid for itself. Refrigerator working much better now.

Sears Home Services on 1513252800000
We've been paying for a service contract on this side-by-side refrigerator/freezer for nearly fifteen years. It's very comforting to know that the Sears techs will come to our home, diagnose the problem, order whatever part might be necessary, and come back to install it when it arrives without then presenting us a bill for several hundred dollars. In this case it was the in-door water dispenser that failed. The fitting that held the tube water passes through to land in a glass had worn out (we bought this fridge in 2004). The tech had the correct replacement part on his truck, which pleased both him and me immensely. He removed the old one, replaced it, tested it, smiled, said "it works," and left. It's still working perfectly several days later and we have no complaints.
