Vince was assigned to fix my refrigerator, he was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying their warranty plan for up to 12 appliances in the home, no matter the age, purchase location, etc. Waiting period is up soon and will have them come back out to look at my outside washing machine. Hope it's worth the $53 monthly payment!
