Junny knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator, explained what the problem was and repaired it right. Unlike the previous repair technicians, who only scratched the surface of the problem, not getting to the the core of the problem. I would like to request Junny be my assigned appliance technician….he’s honest & trustworthy.

When Allstate was taking too long to respond to my warranty claim, I contacted Sears Appliance Repair to get an estimate. Although no tech was available for over a week, Tony came to the rescue and it did not take long for him to see what the problem was, and resolved it.

Happily surprised that I did not have to wait all day and the repair technician was quite prompt, courteous, professional, respectful. Very knowledgeable, very informative, and also gave honest advice on how to maintain and care for my machine. I am frankly shocked at how the manufacturers do not make better machines. All they need to do is talk to the repair technician. thank you and will definitely recommend. more expensive than expected but would've been at least twice to get a replacement. Give that man a raise!

Excellent & efficient service

Repair person called before arriving. Polite n knew what he was doing. Fixed problem. Sears needs to send technicians when problem occurring needs immediate action. Also, when making requests for repairs, personnel taking requests should be English speaking clearly!!! When asked to repeat… not nice…they want the job, should practice talking without an accent… talk to be understood. Thank you!!!
