Repair person was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no fanfare. She looked for the most inexpensive way to code the repair.

Technician was knew what the problem was and did his best to remedy the problem. The bottom line is our refrig could be fixed but we did not want to put any more funds in a 14 year old appliance. He cleaned it and gave us some sound advise. I give him a shout of thank you!

Technician did a better job of detailing what he think was wrong with the dryer not drying well. He came last month at our request. I was satisfied with explanation and dryer works better by setting the drying time manually. Technician a very polite and knowledgeable young man.

My dad had purchased me a may tag washer from home Depot as a gift unfortunately the warranty was subpar,so I called Sears and was given a few choices of warranties (wonderful).two weeks ago I made use of this warranty,my washer.she kept stopping at spin,a Sears mechanic came did his thing and left,I put my laundry in to wash and it stopped at rinse (an improvement).I called Sears back explained the situation and the representative was very accommodating ,however the technician was unable to circle back.a week later another tech.came tore my machine apart.my may tag work better,fast than it ever has.another satisfied customer for sure. Quick note Sears,your communication set up with notification on my email giving me notifications on how long the tech would be here reminders ,we'll done
