Nicholas was very knowledgeable concerning the issue I was requesting service on. He knew exactly where the problem was and how to fix it. Nicholas made sure my oven reached the desired temperature of 350°. I am very pleased with his caring manner towards me the homeowner.

I am very satisfied with the job the technician did. He's very knowledgeable about appliances and took the time to answer our questions and explained everything about how the machine works so that we understood why the repair parts were needed. He was not in a rush to get in and out fast. That impressed me. I would recommend him and the service company for any appliance service needs.
