He was very knowledgeable and professional! I showed him our ice maker which had frozen water coming from it and there were large clumps of ice that were freezing together instead of being separated ice cubes. He immediately knew what the problem was & fixed it. Also, when our ice maker made ice, it made a loud clicking noise. Since he fixed the ice maker, we don't hear the noise anymore!!! :)
