After 14 weeks of waiting, having no washer, having to pay someone to do my laundry. This man came from Florida to fix it. The last repair man who came out 14 weeks ago plugged the unit wrong and this repair specialist fixed it in less than 45 minutes Reggie was kind respectful and knew what he was doing
