Made appointment, service person came, ordered 2 switches for cooktop, made appointment to return and install switches. All went so smoothly and now I have 4 cooktop surfaces that work!

Repair a refrigerator that wasn't cooling enough. I had the first technician and he went through all the tests, I thought. So not fixed and had to schedule another tech. He came but instead of using first guys data and order a part he reaccomplished tests and then ordered the parts. They came he returned and put them in. Seems ok now but an extra visit and delay. Both techs very nice and knowledgeable. Very good experience except wondering why the second tech didn't use the firsts data.

They use only ai for phones which means we should all boycott this company

The technician was very cordial. After about 15 minutes of him talking on the phone to another technician he proceeded to tell me the repair wold cost about $500. Then he proceeded on his very rehearsed plan on the Sears Home warranty program. Which was $79 a month. I then declined the offer and paid my $129. What a scam....

They were supposed to have come and provide an a diagnostic and estimate. My machine was working but just leaking water . It use to run quietly and washed well but leaked little water out the bottom front. They made it worse and wanted to charge me more than a new machine to fix it!!!! I now have to buy a new one because it is now unusable . I feel like a fool for even calling them . The thing makes so much noise now that the neighbors can hear it!!! The guys were nice because they knew they missed up my washer and then told me not to use them tried to get me to pay almost $900 to fix . Total scam. I was robbed . I had to go same day and buy a new washer . I paid them as agreed $129 to come out and was promised that everything was gonna be left as found and that they were only gong to check it out to provide an estimate . They tore the whole thing apart and apparently did not put it all back together!!! Wonder I report sears to better business bureau . I told them it worked before they missed with it . I am so angry !!!! Scammers

SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT HIRE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was forced by my home warranty provider to use Sears to repair my A/C unit and I DO NOT recommend. They are committing fraud against the the home warranty company. It has been almost 2 months and my AC unit has not been repaired, however the technician has been to my home 5 times and I've had to pay 2 service call fees. If they send the technician Gregory (Greg) request someone else. He is the technician who has been to my home 5 times. I would rate Greg the technician and Sears Appliance Repair a zero if I could, but unfortunately I have to rate with a star.

Horrible. I honestly don't feel as if he tried to fix my fridge.
