I wish you could do a shorter time period.8 to 5 gives me no time to do anything.He came after 3pm.

This was the second visit of the Professional as the First diagnosis was wrong. I was told i will not be charged for the re visit as the First Diagnosis was not correct but i was still charged again. So i have been charged twice. Requesting for the refund.

The repairman was punctual and wasted no time getting to the solution of the problem. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone

The tech was professional and provided education on the problem and the cost to repair. He was explicit which I appreciate the most in decision making. He provided education on Sears' Warranty Plan and how we could have benefited from it today. Thanks for the technical evaluation! I will call on Sears in the future to enroll in the warranty program.
