Calvin was very professional and explained what he had to do. The major problem was the AI response as to why it took eight appointments before our dryer was repaired. The technician was never informed that the parts had arrived within 4 days after he had ordered them. The Sears appliance warranty is unsatisfactory and do not recommend them. It was impossible to speak to a real person instead of their relying on AI . After my 30 day repair warranty, we will cancel our warranty. Ten weeks is too long to wait and give the warranty program a zerro.
