Did a good job but left exhaust hose unattached to point I had to reattach and retape them.

Our service person, Jason, was excellent -- professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are highly satisfied with his work diagnosing and repairing our Kenmore washer. The scheduling service needs improvement, however. In particular, it is almost impossible to get out of the phone Tree if you need to talk to someone, and if you do, they may not be able to help you. Overall, thanks to Jason, we are pleased.

After months of service calls Sears finally sent out technician to address the issue with my elderly mothers upstairs hearing unit. The service technician informed my mother the issue was resolved. However, because she has difficulty with stairs, she was not able to verify at the time the unit was heating for herself. Since the technician left she has confirmed the air is working but not the heat.

My experience with Kevin was fantastic and I want it to be known that he in no way, reflects the rest of this review. I scheduled this service over 3 weeks ago and it was delayed because we had to wait for the part to be delivered. OK, sure. But then a technician called my wife 2 days before the rescheduled appointment to say he was in the area and wanted to come by now. She stated that wasn't do-able since we weren't home and he said "okay, well we will probably cancel your Friday appointment then" and hung up. This was after he called her 3 times back to back without leaving a voicemail while she was at work. Then having me wait all day for someone to show up between 8am and 5pm is absurd. Also using AI tele-bots for your whole customer service line is insane since all it seems to be able to do is give me a website link or schedule/cancel an appointment. After this interaction I can see why your company is slowly dying. It's bleeding continuously due to poor decisions like these. Do better.

The so called tech came out and could hardly speak English. He also didn’t know what he was doing. He left without saying what was wrong with the refrigerator. Sears also didn’t repair or give me an estimate like they said they would..And still charged me 129.00. Sears has really gone downhill! Also you can’t anyone on the phone unless you agree to make an appointment.
