First, let me say that the technician was prompt courteous and professional. I have no problems with him. However, when they told me it would take over $700 to replace a $60 heating coil that they wanted to charge me nearly $400 for in my Samsung dryer, it was clear that they were just selling me the diagnostic fee of $129. I purchased A brand new exact same dryer from Lowe’s for less than the repair cost would have been. I feel like Sears Repair abused me. I will never use them again. They repliled that I should call them to "resolve" the matter. They know where to find me and should just refund my $129.

This tech sat in my house for over 40/1hr just pushing buttons never fixed anything. He then wanted me to help him diagnose my stove after the fact it had already been diagnosed and the part had already been ordered. He then runs outside with my part and act like he was looking up something I asked for my part back he said I’m looking something up then pulled off with my part then signed my signature like he done the work. Don’t use this company run! He stole my part lied like he done the work and kept my part sent an email saying he done the job never done anything his name was Christy L or Chris which ever one he was lazy and very rude and had no type of knowledge as to what he was doing. Why would you steal my part and forge my name that’s a lawsuit in all type of ways.

I have been trying to get my dishwasher repaired for over 3 months. There have been at least 7 or 8 repairmen to my house. They order parts, put them on, and the problem is not resolved. The dishes are still dirty. The repairmen apparently do not write in their notes that the dishwasher is obviously deemed unrepairable, which I have been told be the replacement team, is the only way it can be replaced. I am completely unsatisfied with this service. They have rescheduled appointments on several occasions that I have already confirmed. This is, by all means not good business. I need a resolution to this situation as soon as possible.

Christy did not show up for my repair appointment but marked my appointment as completed. Signed documents that I was supposed to sign to show completion and everything. Washing machine and dryer was not seen. Technician never even can so now I’m stuck with wasted time and appliances that are not working properly. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

The app tracker kept pushing mynappt time back several hours. Then all of a sudden I get a text that says your tech is on his way. He arrives two hours ahead of when the app tracker said he would arrive. I was 10 min away and he did not stick around. Either get rid if the app tracker or it needs to be more accurate.

I’m angry and disappointed. Since Aug 23 I have been waiting for sears to repair my dishwasher. I have had 4 appointments which requires me to take off work. After the first tech came I checked for the parts order and found the service call was marked complete. So I made a second order and the tech came out and decided it wasn’t what the first tech thought it was. He ordered another part. Got a 3rd appointment he came out without the parts. Had to reschedule for today. Had an appointment at 12:41. It got delayed 4 times to 6:45. Now when I try to get an update your site tells me my tech has completed the job and was I happy. NO! He never come to my house!! Tell me how am I supposed to recommend your service to friends? Well it is now November 22 and still no dishwasher service. I found out just today after taking off the whole afternoon that Sears no longer have an agreement with Choice Home Warranty. Yet they schedule me for today and reconfirmed the appointment for the past 4 days in a row to be sure I’d be there! But know all along that you weren’t going to keep the appointment. How unprofessional a you get. Done. I can’t say enough about my disappointment with your service.

The technicians may be knowledgeable, but the schedulers are not helpful at all. My first appointment was cancelled midday after I waited around. I was then told I could have a first appointment when they rescheduled because I had a very important appointment I had to go to. Of course the technician arrived when I was not home. The I was told he would come back as his last appointment and was stood up. I now have to wait another 10 days to have my repair done.
