The HVAC technician was wonderful very polite deligent and informative. But the Call Center is terrible. They are very short and cold and they show they not only do not care but they aren't helpful AT ALL. And what they didn't know they lie about and make things worst. That's from the worker and a supervisor not to mention how horrible the automatic service is. Sears really need to get it together as far as customer service goes.
