The technician CALVIN D was letting me know how to keep my appliances running while doing his diagnostics. He was very knowledgeable while also giving me tips. The link to confirm appointment does have a glitch. I was confirming the appointment ‘yes response’ but kept receiving a text that I have not confirmed. I was afraid my appointment would be auto canceled.

Both gentlemen were VERY respectful & communicated perfectly , let me know everything that was wrong with my dryer & they fixed it fairly fast! I’m very delighted with them! I will be using the again in the future.
