I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sears repair services. The technician was in my home for no more than five minutes. He opened the dishwasher, closed it, and immediately told me I would need to purchase a $600 part. There was no meaningful diagnostic process, no thorough inspection, and no clear explanation of how that conclusion was reached. It felt rushed and unprofessional, especially considering the service fee. I expected a proper evaluation of the appliance, not a quick visit followed by a large repair quote. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company for repair services. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Sears is the ABSOLUTE WORST company in the world to have any type of maintenance protection agreement with!!!!!! When Sears sees that they might possibly have to replace an appliance, Sears cancels or makes some STUPID excuse for not fulfilling their agreement!!!! It’s totally why Sears has the enormous problems that it has. Sears IS SHAMEFUL!!!! Sears IS an Absolute Disaster!!!! I TOTALLY HATE SEARS!!!!

Waited 4 days for service to be told little to nothing. Technican seam like he did not want to repair item. And could not tell if and when parts would-be available. GUESS THIS IS WHY SEARS IS NO MORE all this for 129.00 thanks

Lowes Warranty for a refrigerator was absolutely terrible. The easy part was paying for the Warranty. Filing the claim was fairly easy too. Getting a technician to show up was the worst experience I've had to endure, and I work in a technical field. I had to miss days, not hours, DAYS of work with no shows or last minute request to change the appointment. Getting anyone with a pulse after scheduling was impossible. One of the appointment cancelations the tech said he would be at my home in about an hour. No show, so I call his number worried he might be lost or something happened to him. Finally the tech says he was falling asleep on the drive over and dealing with a migraine, so decided to turn around and go back home, but felt it wasn't necessary to give me a quick text informing me he wasn't going to show. Do not waste your money on Lowes or Sears Warranty. You will regret it greatly. Its better to save your money and just by the parts yourself.

The service call was very overpriced. $129.00 for the diagnosis alone. I did not have the work done. I chose someone else. I will never call this company again.
