The repair failed to solve the problem. More than $400 for a part that works worse that the one that was replaced. Refrigerator is shutting off several times a day. Will not be buying Kenmore again.

When the repair tech came out he didn't know what was wrong with my washer. He randomly ordered 3 parts to be sent to my home address. Those parts went elsewhere. He set my appointment for 2 weeks away. On the day that he was scheduled to arrive, the appointment was canceled because he didn't have all the parts, one of the parts got lost bc he used the wrong address. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled 4 times. I called customer service and they were no help at all. Finally after going back and forth with customer service, the part that was sent to the wrong address, was corrected and sent to my home address. The day of my repair, the repair tech...CHRIS L., called me to see if I had the one part because he had the other 2. Chris gets here and says he only has the one part. To make matters worse, Chris Lazarus couldn't remember what was wrong with my washer and why he randomly ordered so many parts. He was asking me what was wrong and i advised him to look at his notes(he didnt have any). Clearly the guy was LOST. He replaced the parts and my washer was fixed. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a sears repair tech. The repair tech Chris L was not professional from the first time he came to my home to the last. He also had to call someone for help, it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing or what was wrong. I can't give this service or the technician any stars. I was forced to give this service atleast one star bc I couldn't post this review without selecting a star.

I declined to have Sears perform the repairs to my fridge recently because they failed to fix my dishwasher. Failed to order parts for the dishwasher and poor communications. I bought a dishwasher because Sears failed to service my dishwasher. Never again will I allow Sears to repair anything. Incompetent is how I would describe Sears.

The notification still popping up on the thermostat that something is wrong with the unit outside, this is since 2024….Something is still wrong….SEARS refused to come back to my home in 2025 to fix my Central Air. I was told this by phone. I wouldn’t call Sears to fix anything I have. They have cost me time and money over 1,000, and still it’s a problem.

I told him I was going to be at the house in 20 minutes but my tire was flat and I had to put air in it I tried to call him back to let him know what’s going on but he didn’t answer phone so I couldn’t have my service done

Tech did not give us a call to let us know he was on the way. He also would not call me to confirm and authorize work. He showed up over an hour before app on phone said he would be there. Totally unacceptable.

For anyone looking for appliance repairs, I would not call Sears Home Services. They have scheduled 3 appointments with me (no appointment time given just that they will be here sometime between 8am - 5pm) and have not shown up for any of them. I have not received a single call, text, or email from them stating that they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Their customer service line was completely unhelpful. I requested to speak with a customer service manager and was told that they would have to submit a request for them to call me back within 24 hours. I have not received a call from the manager either. This is the worst customer service experience ever. We have been with a washing machine for six weeks now. So not only have I wasted 24 hours of my life waiting on Sears to show up I have also had to spend several hours at a laundromat doing laundry. What has happened to customer service? Do businesses even care anymore? Had an appointment scheduled for today between 8-5. The appointment was confirmed. No one showed up. Never received a call or text message staying they would not be here. Nothing! I have lost an entire day waiting on them for nothing. This is a horrible way to do business and treat customers.

Tech thought he was coming for the HVAC-Heat, but the appointment was scheduled for replacing parts for dishwasher. He said the circuit board received for the dishwasher was not new and he was going to let the original tech handle it. Got a receipt $159.00,3/22/2024 for the HVAC, service but he did not diagnosis the problem, said he could not, have to witness/see the issue of the HVAC not recycling off. This is the 5th time someone has looked at this problem and still not fixed.
