The technician stayed in constant contact through out my service. Everything was cut and dry. My only complaint would be if its an A/C unit you're coming to service, I would think thats something any technician would have handy on deck. I had purshase some on Amazon. So now my A/C was serviced but I still have a dirty air filter in place.
