Dwayne came prepared for the job at hand. He was very careful and quick in finding the causes of the malfunctions of the washer and dryer. I was very pleased to see him vacuuming out the areas of the dryer that are not accessible to the homeowners. Both machines were repaired on a single visit. This guy is GREAT. Thanks Dwayne!

I've had a Sears Protection Agreement for a long time and always been pleased with the work performed and the customer service. Alex did an excellent job today. He fixed my original issue with my microwave and preformed additional preventative maintenance on my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and personable. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Sears was proactive during the entire process providing updates about the parts and appointment.

Shane was the Svc Tech and did a great job... got here early, explained all the cost up front and the cost to repair the part that was needed. Showed me everything he was looking at as he went along. Will definitely use A&E again when needed.
