The technician was not a problem. Being canceled from my original appointment and being rescheduled on a property that I sold with a two week window to make the repair did not work out. His second visit gave a diagnosis but needed to schedule outside our window which cast me more money. I had to pay the service fee $129.00 and buy them a new refrigerator.
