Anthony came to repair the washer but unfortunately the tool was not sent with the parts to complete the job. Another appointment was already scheduled to repair the dryer on this upcoming Wednesday. Anthony decided to repair the dryer and he will come back on Wednesday with the tool to repair the washer. Anthony repaired the dryer and cleaned it thoroughly. Anthony put the washer back together so we can wash small loads since I am a caregiver. I really appreciate Anthony for repairing the dryer because we’ve had two canceled appointments for the dryer. So I would like to give Anthony extra kudos for going above and beyond to ensure that at least one out of the two appliances was repaired after all we’ve been through.
