The technician was great. He picked up the phone and called me to see if the parts had arrived. Previous techs cancelled appointments or did not show up, because they thought parts had not arrived. Kudos to our tech on today. He is a great customer service representative and repairman.

Eli is very experienced and knowledgable. He quickly recognized the problem and made a firm recommendation based on the situation and I concurred with it. All of the appliances in my home are covered under this Protection plan. Regrettably, repair and replacement was not possible due to one of the conditions spelled out in the contract on this appliance, my washer. I will personally replace this item and review carefully the coverage of the other appliances. Eli was very helpful in explaining what was at first confusing to me. Excellent service.

He was very polite. Highly recommend him as a technician. Cannot say the same for scheduling, they got my phone and e-mail completely wrong and I could not talk to s live person computer kept hanging up. Not very good customer service. Would definitely recommend the technician but beware of your customer service dept.
