Demetrius has been a jewel trying repair the side by side refrigerator however the ice maker is still not working properly; this problem could have been alleviated with a replacement that I asked for and was denied. With having a sears master protection agreement for over 30 years it was no consideration for the customer nor the company. Very dissatisfied

Alex was a super repairman, very knowledgable, great communicator, and did s superb job! He was expedient in replacing the damaged part of the oven. Whole job only took 10 minutes!!! That is why I am making a major complaint to the Sears Co. for overcharging me for labor portion of the bill. Labor charge of $299.99 is totally OUT OF LINE!!! Alex did not know how to explain the outrageous charge and I called every number available for Sears A/E to dispute the overcharge…and no one could help me. I will go up the chain to dispute the labor charge. I have cancelled my check payment.
