The service technicians were great. Knowledgeable able resolved the issue quickly. However the customer service and dispatching of the technicians was a nightmare. There is no way of speaking to a live agent only AI to resolve any issues. On top of that the AI can only resolve scheduling problems. Also the communication of technician arrival is terrible. Had to reschedule part installation 4 times because technician never arrived and I was not notified and able to reschedule for 24-48 hours. It took over a week to get a technician back to install the part and there was no one to speak to about this issue. On top of that they didn't seem to care that I had to turn my work schedule upside down to be there and wouldn't prioritize my repair due to there mistakes and issues. Also there wasn't even an offer for compensation of any kind. Only thing I had going for me I had a Home Warranty plan.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was without a refrigerator for two weeks. Wrong parts ordered cancelled and rescheduled my appointment twice. I finally had to call another company and I am still not sure if I will get a refund because there is absolutely no way to get a live person on a phone. The absolute worst!!!!!!
