The technician was friendly, had a good attitude and knew his job. Luckily he had a new icemaker in his vehicle and was able to fix the problem.

Technician, Robert H. was AMAZING! Two of the four stabilizer rods were bent and replaced. The gear casing(I think) was damaged and was replaced. Robert was pleasant and professional!

Horrible service. I am canceling this service immediately. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a live agent. The AI ran appointment system will cancel or reschedule your appointments without your verification after making you wait for technician all day. I do not recommend this service
