Our technician Peter found a spot in his busy schedule to replace our parts earlier than scheduled so we could use our washer sooner and not have to use a laundromat. We are so grateful for his consideration of our situation!

Our service technician was outstanding. There were multiple parts and pieces that had to be remove and replaced. He was in and out under an hour. Great service! This was a washing machine warranty repair.
