I was having an issue with my refrigerator. A repair technician name Calvin was dispatched to my address. He was very polite and friendly. I told him the problem I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. . He spoke very professional and technical, but still explained to me in a way that I could understand. I was very pleased with his work and satisfied that my refrigerator works properly. I highly recommend Sears Repair and especially Calvin the repair technician.

Repair guy needed information regarding my refrigerator freezer so they could research the part. He was told part not available and someone would be in contact with me. He has been very informative to me on all his visits. Warranty department has been slow because it’s been about three months I’ve been waiting for a repair part.
