Peter the technician was courteous, knowledgeable & efficient. On the first appt he went over what was wrong with our Samsung smart fridge screen panel and what part is needed. He sent info to our warranty company, part arrived next day & he was back 3 days from first visit to install new part. Thank you Peter!
