We had a problem with our HVAC system- no heat or ac. Took more than 1 trip, but Rodrick got it working and we have heat when it is cold and cool when it is hot!. Many thanks to him for all his work getting us ready for summer!

The technician arrived ahead of the estimated arrival time and worked quicky to replace the float switch on our dishwasher. Total time from arrival to departure was 45 minutes. No complaints whatsoever with this technician or his work. In terms of my overall experience, however, I am NOT favorably impressed with Sears Home Services scheduling. After scheduling, rescheduling, no-show for the reschedule, rescheduling the missed appointment, then rescheduling that appointment, our problem was resolved. Kudos to the technicians doing the repairs, but the folks responsible for scheduling need to recognize that their customers don't work for Sears Home Services, THEY PAY THEM!
