About 6™weeks after initial diagnosis, a technician finally came to repair our electric range. The technician making the repair was very friendly and competent. He did a good job. However, the management of this company seemed to be severely lacking in customer relations or concern. I give the technician a 5 PLUS. Management a (1) one.
